To access the full functionality of s9game, including deposits, withdrawals and participation in promotions, users must complete the registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
During registration you must provide accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they may be converted to withdrawable real money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms and is calculated on the bonus amount received or, in some cases, on the bonus plus deposit amount. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to the clearance of Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute at the full rate, while live dealer games, table games and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced percentage or may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering. Welcome bonuses and other designated "new user" promotions are available once per user, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempts to claim new-user promotions multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is classified as Prohibited Conduct under Clause 9.

Any funds credited to an account as a result of a settlement error remain the property of s9game until the error is corrected.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure or any other technical error that causes a game or bet to be completed or settled incorrectly, s9game reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wagered amount. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this principle applies to all casino game malfunctions regardless of the displayed outcome.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on s9game, except as incidentally and automatically cached by your web browser in the course of normal browsing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s9game, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any services.
S9Game's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
S9Game shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance, arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, internet or telecommunications outages, third-party service failures, or any other Force Majeure event as defined in Clause 2.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting s9game support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed or cancelled, and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances will be refunded to a verified payment method.
S9Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any bonus funds and associated conditional winnings shall be forfeited. Verified real money funds held in the account at the time of closure shall be returned to the account holder via a verified payment method, subject to the outcome of any applicable compliance review.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence.
Where the applicable law of a user's jurisdiction provides mandatory consumer protections that are more favourable than those set out herein, those mandatory provisions shall apply to the extent required by law. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the amendment.
